If you or a loved one is seeking services through Maryland’s Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA), the first step is to apply for eligibility. You can start by completing the DDA Application for Services, available on the Maryland DDA website or through your local DDA regional office. Once submitted, DDA will review your application to determine eligibility based on state criteria. If approved, you will work with a Coordinator of Community Services (CCS) to assess your needs and explore available supports, including residential services, community programs, and in-home assistance.   4. Regional Office will ask the consultant to review as applicable
  5. DDA Regional Office reviews the eligibility Application
  6. CCS provides the Regional Office with a report and supporting information
  7. Regional Office makes final determination & notifies applicant​​​
